| As an artist, my favorite thing to experiment with is color. With fibers, and more specifically weaving, colors can mix and not turn muddy or lose their vibrancy. I love dying my warps, it allows me to experiment with color and essentially freeze my results. My favorite part is when I get subtle variations of color or unexpected neutral tones. |
It would be nice to see some green in your work, similar to the color of the grass as you mow it or as you rake it in the early summer morning just before you and your mom go to Pearl St. Bagels the Jace dog and than on to the Post Office to pick up some the days mail.
